After just getting my first, a small regular Sebenza, and being very pleased with it, I am compelled to non-stop dreaming about getting a classic inlay.

The small classic is a perfect knife for my needs, and I thought long enough about getting the one I have. I don't know how to explain to my wife either.

I carry said knife as I stopped carrying a gun in uniform and this goes great with OC, but she thinks I am nuts for carrying either a knife or gun in the first place.

Go for it!! my 1st sebenza was a blue leather inlay (large/classic) - I love the size and the way the calfskin sheat conforms to the knife shape in your pocket!!

Another Sebenzaholic for the forum!

Welcome to our addiction. Why stop at one, get one for every day of the week. Throw in a few Mnandi's and a couple of fixed blades and you eventually be satisfied. Or not, you will then discover the Limited Edition Sebenza's that are my current fixation.

Then you will wait for the next new folder to be released from CRK......

Enjoy!

Richard

My first Sebbie is a large classic with cocobolo inlays. I just wanted something a little dressed up instead of straight Ti slabs. This has become my EDC, it feels great in hand and the size is just right for me.

Now I find myself looking at the graphic and LE versions.

......It won't be long before number two comes my way :D

It took me more then 3 months to find the right Left hand Unique Graphic Large Classic Sebenza, I was actually looking for one with Ironwood inlays. They aren't easily found. I got it 3 weeks ago and wouldn't you know it two days later I find a website with the large Ironwood inlay one. I have been kicking around the idea of getting it too and finally decided that I will buy it on Monday. I'll put the first one in storage until I can get the Damascus blade I want for it from Chris (I called and was told 6 to 9 month wait) and use the inlay one as my EDC as soon as my new leather sheath comes in from Vadim at Vess leather works. it's finished so I just have to wait for the postal service to get it here.

This Sebenza fanaticism is gonna start costing me more then I had anticipated:D

Think about all the "tools" women carry in their purse. You should be able to carry a knife or two.

Good luck,
Rich

I was carrying 3 knives yesterday!

NY Marksman, how much is a damascus blade alone anyway?

Welcome to the forums, law1173!

Ahhhh, you got your first Sebenza. Congrats! You will now find it very hard to refrain from buying another. You did it now.:D

It's called Sebbie addiction, as in: my name is XXX and I'm a Sebaholic. It has several close friends; Spyderaholic, Kershawaholic, Busseaholic, etc.

I don't know and didn't even asked. I just decided to have my name put on the waiting list and did it today. I'll just pay whatever it cost.

I showed a co-worker of mine my small Sebenza and he said "it is not a knife. Anything under five inches is a toothpick." Another one, whom I asked about Sebenza's said he had 3 but preferred another brand; yet he couldn't pronounce Sebenza properly.

A large classic inlay is in the works.
