Well, why not...especially if you like Buck knives. There's been alot of new visitors here on BF in the Buck Forum, and I think they'd gain some extra enjoyment from the BCCI. It's a great organization...you know members are the heart & soul of any organization...and the BCCI has top notch members & folks on the B.O.D....You get newsletters full of great info...you get access to the Clubs' website...invitations to " Buck get togethers" and access to really cool knives....so why join??? What do you guys think? Best money I've spent in decades!
I just got these goodies in a box from John Foresman, BCCI President...available to members only:):D

Scott, Good info. and photos . That flash light was offered at the 20yr. Reunion . You won't find a better bunch of guys to hang out with and talk knives . Which the knives offered thru the club are quality pieces worth the membership alone . The knife in Scott's photo is one . Thanks . DM

Like Scott, DM, & ITE said,

The folks in the club are fantastic! In addition, the club knives & meet and greet's are special. But, you also get access to the club web site that has all of the old news letters for you to read and learn from. The model history section has some great information. Then there is my favorite the limited edition and special order list. IMHO the web site is well worth the price of admission alone.....then the rest of the perks are the icing on the top of the cake;).

Righto Scott, and from a materialistic standpoint(which of course is secondary:D), the discounts your recieve through the club, really allow you to enhance your collection or your array of users.

I would have joined quite some time ago. David sent me the forms, But I keep waiting for them to put a "Pay online" button on their website!
I sure missed out on that Duke with green Micarta! There have sure been some nice ones that have come and gone! The black G-10 110 with red liners and S30V is another one I would have had to have if I had been a member!

In 2000 I got a Limited Buck knife for my birthday and it came with a year of membership. Well, I got some news letters, but that was about it and I decided not to renew my membership.

After going to the Blade show a few times, I joined just to go to the annual mebership meeting. Also, I could get some information from the club on-line. Also, getting some good deals from the annual meetings, discounts given to me from time to time. Also, being able to buy member knives and to go to the meetings, the last being in the Smokey Mountians. It has worked out for me. I am even considering going to the meeting in Idaho in a few years.

I have been collecting Bucks since 1974 and I learned so much more since being a life long member 3 years ago. I have gotten quite a few Bucks that are very limited and are not in general production.
