why no crk fan club

I've noticed: spydernation, beckerheads, and the order of the Kia.
I was wondering why crk didn't have something similar here on the BF.
Seems like a fun thing to do other manufacturers sub forums seem to really get into it.
Is this the crk moderators decision? Just curious, maybe the cork fans could shed some light on it for me.
 
I am not familiar with the fan clubs, but to me this is as much of one as I need. It's a place to come and talk about the knives that we love.
 
Yeah, go check earlier threads, it's been brought up before and the consensus has been that folks here on the CRK forum don't think there is a need for one
 
I was a member of the Randall Knife Society for many years, before the internet was so prevalent. We had a very informative newsletter with lots of advanced collector info, and it was great... as it grew , in my opinion it became more political, and polarized. I like the forum here, as we can say what we want in real time, and discussions here seem to be well tempered with civility. That being said, I'd love to see a forum get together possibly at the Blade show to meet online friends, and possibly a CRK display area with forumites displaying rare or unique CRK's. Bart
