Why no FFG Salts?

Why are none of the Salt series PE knives FFG? Does the hollow grind work better with the H1?
 
This is an old question but the short answer is no. Due to the work hardening nature of this steel, it will be extremely difficult to grind so much metal off in a production environment. Also, there's a high chance of warping.

There are a few examples of aftermarket custom flat grinds but that requires extra care and time from an expert bladesmith.
