Yeah - there are knife shows that show low-end Frost Cutlery knives...but how come there aren't (at least to my knowledge) any GOOD Knife shows...showing Kershaws/ZT's, or Benchmade's, or Rat Cutlery, or Boker, etc and give you the opportunity to buy those knives on some sorta multi-payment plan? I mentioned this to a someone over at ShopNBC and they said it was a good idea...but that doesn't mean they will implement it. Imagine your wanting that $250 Zero Tolerance, but can't afford it, or cant justify paying that much for a knife all at once. But if it were on a Quality knife show, where they actually display the product and be very informative about it - and give you a payment plan (say in this scenario 5 monthly payments of $50) and maybe offer coupons online for certain $$ purchase - think how well that would do? That would entice the collectors, the wanna-be collectors and even some of the average-Joe knife fans to buy these quality knives - what are your thoughts on this..?

Exactly, why waste your time buying a few Kershaw, Spyderco or Buck when you can get a $1000 worth of QUALITY knives for $39.95?

A good idea. Considering it seems they are peddling Invicta (sp?) watches all night long (or so it seems), 30 minutes of knives a few times a week isn't asking much.

That cutlery show cracks me up. The retail prices really crack me up.

The show that Smokey Mountain Knife Works does has some good quality knife on it Mostly slipjoints they have but they also have Kershaw and Buck. Most of their tactical folders are low end though.

I think that would be a good idea, and with the right marketing, the knives may actually sell.

Knives Live and Saturday Night Knife and Gun show on dish is about as close as were gonna get. There isnt a large enough audience or profit in the knives to pay for it.
