Why no Wave feature on other models?

I like the Wave feature a lot, but I just can't get myself around that extreme (excessive?) recurve of the Commander's blade.

I know there's been talk of adding the Wave feature to other models in the production line, but when (if at all) is this going to happen?

I vaguely remember reading about the addition of the feature to the CQC-7's, but I'm more interested in a folder with more defined finger protection like the Commanders and the Mach 1.

Seriously, It's got to be coming and in the pipeline for release. So be patient and "good things come to those who wait".
I'm sure the moment it's efficacy materialized the thought occured, Hey what about other Models ?

While I love the commander and the wave, I have found that it isn't always a good thing. I found that while working executive/corporate protection details, and while in formal wear, the folder in the pants pocket stands out like a sore thumb, and is not always looked at well. I carry a CQC8 (or sometimes a 5) in the front appendix position with the clip under a belt. In this position the knife almost disapears. The commander is tough to carry this way, and doesnt conceal very well in it. Just remember, its all about the right tool. For my normal jeans, t-shirt, and a Glock in a fanny pack wear-its commander all the way.
