I have some friends coming over tomorrow to shoot my shotguns and 22, and also figured I'd cut down some more raspberry bushes while we were down there in the lower pasture. Looking at my knives, why I am I even considering anything heavy besides the BK2? Don't know. Will let you know tomorrow. ;)

because raspberry bushes are "whippy" and i like getting in their with a small brushhook but maybe that's me :)

I've chopped blackberry bushes with a field knife (not my BK-9 :( ) and the second the edge faded, the limbs would whip back into my face and back. Went on to get the rest with a small hawkbilled blade. Still not ideal or even borderline smart, but the branches gave so much less payback.

Chain saw .... Bushwacking made easy :D
