Why so few competition finish videos?

I like to look around on youtube whenever I'm buying something. I already placed my order, but I wanted to take a look at some competition finished Busse's.

There is literally ONE GUY that has posted a competition finished Busse on youtube!! ONE!...unless I'm just not seeing them for some reason.

Why is this? Is the competition finish a newly revived finish that hasn't been around for 10+ years due to lack of demand or what?

Thanks

Cause I bought em all! LMAO! Im such a HOG;):D

No not really. The original comp finishes came out with Sarsquatch, SJTAC, and the one like it with CBTs-damn I need a drink I cant remember right now without one:eek::D

Anyway, they were razors and Jerrry even filleted a post-it note at the counter in front of a crowd of folks. THe problem with em is that they hadnt been fully satined and had a decarb layer that lended itself to rusting. So, then there werent anymore comp finishes til they fixed this problem by doing more work to remove this decarb layer with a bead blasting. Hence the new competion finished BWM was done and released at Kniob Creek-Im thinking fall of 2009 or so. I got most of the ones at the KC show and then there was a pre-order for more and maybe the following ganza. other than that those are the only competition finished blades Busse has made that I can recall at this time. Anyway storm rolling in and I got to batton down some hatches and make a drink. Maybe then I might remember other models. Cheers:)

Oh ok, so it is somewhat of a scarce finish.

I know my TGLB is coming with it! :)

Ahh, thanks Dave!!

I'm loving that finish! :)

Is that a tin or a phone I see? I'm thinking it's either a snus/mint tin or a flip phone....

Yes the Jack hammer. THat was the blade Jerry filleted the post it note with- I kept thinking sledge hammer but I knew that was the big fatty.:D

Yes, so it was Sarsquatch, HR,, SJTAC, and JH. Then the BWM, and now the TG? Was TG a special request? I dont see it on the site.

Nope, not on their site. I asked about it. Seems like this is the reason it just never occurred to anyone as an option.

I know I personally asked if I could get it in DC and was promptly told no.

Not sure why the competition is available and the DC is not but whatever...the competition is cheaper and just as good anyway IMO.

In any case that is what my TGLB will have. :)
