Why the dot in 2009 after the 'K' in BUCK

I'm just wondering what the significance is of the "dot" after the 'K' in BUCK....on the new blue emblem of my 2009. Had to go to the effort of putting the dot there...will it remain?

 
I'm with Goose.Scott, were you thinking of the dot in that location on the early one liners? DM
 
Go to the Buck Website, blow up screeen to 200% look at new shield and see the circle R for Registered. Right on Dr. Goose.
