Why are all the emerson's chisel ground for left hand use instead of right? Am I just not finding the right models or is there some other reason for it. It seems like it would be easier to use the knife if it was a right hand grind. Does anybody know why this is?

^^yup. There is absolutely no reason to have the left hand grind other than for aesthetics. That said, Emersons are great for lefties. As a right hander, I prefer Emerson V-grinds and reprofile them to add a right-hand bevel if I have to, like on my Journeyman and 7-V. Others like my 10, Super Kbit, A136, etc. are fine with the stock grind. Some others like my 7B and SOCFK have regrinds, so those are also good to go. It just takes some getting used to.
