Why the tiny screws in a Military?

Tiny screws + loctite = stripped heads :(

Why not a larger screw it this fine knife?

Wouldn't it be better to use 1 size thruout the knife, like a Sebenza?

Anyway, my Millie will be heading home to Golden Monday.
