Agreed, Salmon does not sound like a tasty side to the cheesecake. But I can't really knock it till I try it. Think I'd still prefer some whip cream. But those look very very very tasty.

I also like the fact that you left the price tag on the SK. Thats funny stuff.

Also, based on how sharp some of the knives I have been getting recently, you took an amazing risk.
