I realy dont understand why we talk about knives in such manner. Is it next wheel or fire? Or we like going up to the three? Knife for this, knife for thath... give me a breake! We need knives for some "survival" reasons or for self defence!? REALY? We all gonna die anyway so, does someone knife to survive this? Can i graduate with help of knife? This all sucks HARD! People like us TALK about knife!!! Humanity is obveously gone. :jerkit:

Spelling must be rather difficult.

Knives for most people here is a hobby much like any other. What did you expect from a forum devoted to such products?

It's a knife forum...duh! If you want to talk about why we shouldn't talk about knives, maybe you should find or start one for that.

Does this qualify as feeding the troll??

Um, why ask this question in a knife forum? "Give me a breake" indeed.

Troll on, good sir, troll on.

No, because you fail to realize that knives are as diverse as life itself:thumbup:

Welcome to Baldeforums!
Hrvatski. Spelling isn't too bad, grammar only slightly off, we understand.

Among thousands of currently active Bladeforums members, there are MANY reasons for interest in knives. Many ordinary daily uses, pleasure in collecting, and legitimate survival needs in touring or rescue work.

Diversity of interests, for example:

This afternoon, as I'm reading and responding here, I am sharpening a knife. I use a Sharpmaker, a clever modern device. The knife itself is of high carbon steel, very basic. The handle wrap is Japanese style, looks strange to me but feels very secure in my hand. The knifemaker is Brazilian (Ivan Campos). The sheath is Kydex, also very modern.

And in our discussions here, we reach out to people all around the world, and discuss subjects not even related to knives sometimes.

Hello Benyamin! In Croatia is midnight and i sharpen my teeths. I think this is best tool for many works. This is an older tool thath knive is.

You could say the same thing about cars, do we need them?
No, but they do make things easier.

It's a hobby. Like minded people like to talk about their hobbies.

A knife is a tool, a tool that many of us use every day for work and play. Different tools (knives) for different jobs.

Make no mistake, the zombies will rise one day. Are you prepared?

We need knife to but is it needed such science about a piece of steel or stone? Nothing is easyer with a knife. Is it help - yes; is it something important - no!

Important is that you need to find better way to draw attention to yourself.

Thanks, Vassili.

I was getting bored with this thread until that part made me snort beer on my keyboard....
ahahahahahahaha
knives are useful... I don't understand what your point is... Yeah, knives aren't a necessity, but they can help you out in a lot of tasks, for example, opening a package at your work. Knives can also help if your car has flipped and your seatbelt is keeping you in place... or if someone is attacking you and you need them in defense (which happens more often than most people know)

If you're thinking of things we don't need in today's society, there are many other useless things we don't need, some of them much more pointless than knives. why are you trolling around this forum? like someone else said, go find a forum where people agree with you, instead of trying to frustrate people on a knife forum...

Welcome to the internet. Here people can find information not limited to necessity, and even discuss interests. Clearly a rocket surgeon like yourself needs no further info. I've spent all these years on this forum, only to now learn everything I ever wanted from YOU. I don't "need" a knife! I don't really "need" teeth either, I guess. Thanks, man, I'VE SEEN THE LIGHT! Geez... I don't even "need" to have sex! Never again! I'm gonna go practice "guming" soup now to be an active participant in the 21st century.
