Hey all you Hogs, I just wanted to share my latest snag from Knob Creek.
I spotted it late in the morning as I was returning to the Busse table from a loo break. It took about 2 seconds to decide that I would pay the asking price of $225. NO REGRETS!!!!! :D

That's a nice snag, Drew. Man you guys are going to make me cry since I can't be there. :D

I just reread the post. $225!!!!! Did you at least kiss the poor bugger before you screwed him? :D A cloven hoof salute to you my friend.

Z51, you had a brush with greatness and you missed it. Do you realize that you could be a legend if you had beat Drew to that blade? That must hurt worse than not being able to be there. :D
 
I was in a cold sweat looking at all the knives on the Busse/Swamp Rat table.

Drew found his prize on the other side of the pole barn. The next best knife on the guy's table was a Cold Steel machete for $13.

I thought it was great Drew found his knife. He spends his weekends watching us buying our dream knives.

It was his turn today.

Man Why didn't you call someone to check this out before you got ripped off. That is what we're here for, to help each other out. If carma is real then I'd hate to see what is going to happen to the guy who pulled this one over on you. Well live and learn I guess. You'll know next time. :rolleyes:
