...did I wake up this morning with a strong itch to own a mini or regular commander in stonewash finish???? Now I have to waste my lunch break to go to the local knife shop ans see what they have. Ugh. Im trying to fight it. I hope they dont have one.

Anyone have a size comparison pic of a regular cqc15 and a mini commander?

They had sw but no plain edge. I almost picked up a black plain edge commander but really wanted to enjoy some of this emerson sto ewashed goodness. So then I almost got a sw cqc15 since I love my coated 15 so much, but no plain edge. Then I played around with a 8 and a super commander and finally picked this bad boy to take home. Hard to beat this classic.

Its already been torn down, cleaned, lubed and loc tighted. Its smooth as butter and lockup is early and perfect.

And I like the PE on an Emerson knife. It just looks better, imo.

True... I used to have a 15 with a combo edge and every time I whipped it out to cut something people around me were scared spitless. It looks very aggressive on a 15 indeed.

I have gone back and forth on the PE vs CE. I do use the dragons teeth so most of my new ones have it. BTW, nice 7.
