Is this a real BM or is it a fake?? Looks odd to me.

I hope you didn't buy that thing, and if you did I hope you didn't spend much for it. That's not a real Benchmade, yet another Asian-made knife with a fake Benchmade logo on it. Probably good for spreading peanut butter on toast, I wouldn't trust it for anything else.

I don't think so...not with that giant cutout in the blade.

But it is good for drawing arrow symbols on paper. Just trace your pencil or pen in the cutout.

It's such a stupid design. Imagine having to stab something. That blunt tip on the "wave" would just snag when trying to extract the knife. The tip at the very least should be sharp so you don't have to literally rip the knife out on extraction.

Stupid knife design.

To the OP, you should send it to benchmade and ask them to sharpen it according to their lifesharp program
