I spent some time at the Wichita Mountain Wildlife reserve (which is here in Oklahoma, oddly) the past couple days, and I figured you folks might enjoy some of the pics. I didnt get to do much bushcrafting, unfortunatly, but I did get to see some pretty cool sights.

I had some knives with me, but for whatever reason the pic I had of them didnt upload . But, they were a GB small forest axe, Off the Map Skog Kniven, Vic farmer and an Opinel 12.

There were alot of interesting wildlife around, including Bison/Buffalo ( I don't know the difference), Free roaming long horned cattle, Prarie dogs, some snakes and plenty of other less-exciting stuff.

more coming....

That is some amazing land down there. I love going there in the late fall and winter. Very few people around and the wildlife is easy to see. I have seen some monster deer and elk on the refuge.

Fun pictures. Thanks for sharing.

Cool stuff Brendan. Seeing all them rocks makes me want to grab a few and test them against a steel striker for sparks....
