I have had a wicked edge for a while now and I have no problems getting my knives scary sharp but the problem is at the tip of my knives. It looks like they have been rubbed against the stone in the opposite direction which it has not. So I'm just confused and looking for some help.

Many knives have a thicker tip, because it's closer to the thick spine, that also sometimes curves off the normal sharpening axis. You may have to tilt the stone to a different angle to hit the tip completely. Do the sharpie on the edge technique to see where your stone is hitting the edge.

As scamero said, first mark the tip area, and make sure you're covering the tip.

If you are, and the grind marks are actually changing direction, check this. If you're following the standard directions of moving the stone up and out, you might be moving the stone basically out (the grind marks will be nearly parallel to the edge), so that, as you reach the tip, the stone will actually start moving back down. (Usually discovered when you use a leather strop and it gets cut as you reach the tip). So you may try just slowing down and pay a bit more attention to how the stone is moving as you go down the edge. You can also do tip to heel strokes to insure you're adequately sharpening the tip.

Can't see from the pics but my guess is that you need to grind more if you are not fully removing scratches going the opposite direction...
