Recently purchased the Wicked Edge Pro 1 and i have had some issues which i found the fix but my main problem is that the screw that holds the arms at the angle u desire keep losening and screws up my edge super bad. I stop right away but the damage is already done after even a single stroke. Happens mostly while on the lower numbered grids 50 to about 200. I guess they have more grip which creates presure on the arm screws and gets them lose.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tyvm

If I recall, some had issues with screws where the shape came more to a point at the end. The solution was to lightly sand the tip on the 200g stone... just enough to flatten and scuff the tip a little bit. This gave it a more secure contact with the angle bar.

Which screw is getting loose? The one that tightens on the bar or the micro adjustment screw?

If it's the screw that tightens to the bar and you are using an angle cube - you can flip the bar around and use the side that is smooth (no divots for the angles)

I haven't done that myself but I've seen others who have. Maybe give that a try and / or sanding the ends of the screws flat to see if that helps.

If it's the micro adjustment screw that's getting loose - I added BB sized fishing sinkers in the hole to keep the screw from contacting the threads of the ball joint.
