Wicked Edge Pro Pack 1 2017 update

Does anyone know what changes have been made to the Wicked Edge system for 2017? All I can find is that they are now made in the US, and are $25 more. Is there any reason to choose the new version?

Not 100% sure... but I think one change is they did away with the hinge and went to a ball joint pivot on the arms. (although I think the basic model doesn't have the micro adjust setup).

Don't know if there's any other changes (and check on this one to be sure).

Wasn't that one of the big gripes, the arms? If that's the case I think I can wait the extra few days to get the updated version. Prob won't find it on the big river site so I won't be able to take advantage of two day shipping.

Yes, it seemed like the original arm/hinge was one of the first things users would upgrade.
