Wicked Edge Question

Just curious to find out what is the maximum thickness blade a wicked edge will hold securely? I have some fixed blade knives that are pretty thick and was wanting to know if the wicked edge clamp jaws would hold it?

I dunno but I saw something on their site that the standard jaws/clamp that come with their 2017 units only allow blades up to 3/16" thick. To get a thicker blade up to 0.25", you have to buy an add-on part that costs $69.

Thanks for the info! I have a few fixed blades that are a 0.25" thick and I wanted to use the Wicked Edge on them. $69 dollars is a lot of money for a add on clamp! Might have to stick with my Edge Pro.
