Has anyone made a word or Excell version of the wicked edge knife sharpening table they would be willing to share?
This would help me greatly.
thanks

I believe he is referring to the chart/table that appears in the W.E. user's manual that is used to record the setup details (e.g., depth gauge setting) for each of one's knives (so the knife is always placed in the vise clamp the exact same way).

I have not already created a Word or Excel version of the table, but that is a great idea.

You mean the page in the back of the book where you record your knives and settings?

Oops NC and I Musta been typing same time. I just write mine in the book but computers are nice too.

Oh, that'd be really easy to do. If nobody has it done by the time I get home tonight where I can see my manual to copy the exact headings that are in it, I'll make one up.

Try this one. It may look a little weird in Excel as in was done in Numbers on a Mac and exported.

I didn't directly copy the one in the manual, but it works for me.

Yes the chart in the back of the book,I want to have that data on the computer.
I just tried the Bimjo knife_sharp copy and I like it,that will do fine.I have most of my sharpening set-up data on postits all over my
workbench and it was getting too cluttered.
Thanks

I have one that you are welcome to have. Send me and email address and I'll send it along. I'm not sure exactly how to post a file to the board.
