So a client of mine just got the Zeta from WE Knives Co. problem is I believe the scallop of the scale will be in the way of my paddles reach the heel of this blade? Any suggestions?

Did you try to clamp on middle of spine near to the tip?
Did you try clamp it angled tip down? This way maybe work but the angle will be very different heel to tip.
 
I’m purely asking from a photo standpoint. I don’t even have the knife in hand yet. Trying to put out the potential fire before it happens. I’ll let yah know.
 
Opa. Sorry by misunderstanding. If the problem is the stone edge, there are some guys here that take it off.
Other ways the 2 possible solutions I can think about are those.
Sometimes I’m just like you. I like to prevent some situations. This is a good puzzle. :thumbsup:
