Your local DNS or uplink dns has too long of TTL (time to live). Open a command box, run 'ipconfig /flushdns' to see if that help.

WEPS upgraded their server (went from shared to dedicated) last night and some problems are still persisting...

We completed the painful move to a dedicated server and now the site is much faster. During the move our DNS got messed up along with our emails and PHP scripts. I think we're finally through the mess and the site seems to be functioning correctly now. Sorry for the big disruption.
