I am waiting on some sheaths that I should have sometime next week but figured I would post this up now if anyone would like it. I still need to stamp it. I will take some better pics in the light tomorrow if needed.
Price 85.00 with leather pocket sheath or 95.00 with kydex or no sheath for $70.00. I will have to send it out for the kydex and the extra wil cover shipping costs.
1/8 Aldos 1095
3 3/4" handle 3" blade
Beautiful Quilted Sapelle scales. You can't see it in the pic but they look 3D when you move it around. Very nice stuff. I shaped them thinner at the ricasso to larger at the butt
Antique finish
SS Hardware
High convex edge for wicked sharp slicing!

It really is Vik, it surprised me. I actually called my wood guy to see if he had any more. I got lucky! He is also going to send me some quilted Maple but he said it looks better on larger boards because the quilt is not as fine as the Sapelle. Ill try to get some better pics tomorrow in the sunlight.

Looks super comfy and VERY useful!!!! I Like It!!! Nice work Chris!!!:thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks SB, and it has the handle profile that you like. Thinner up front and fatter at the rear.

Actually Matt, I just sharpened it up real good. This thing is a freaking lazer. I just had to touch paper and it peeled away. Im going to get up early before work tomorrow and take some pics. It by far the sharpest knife Ive ever made no question. I think Ill stick with this high polished convex!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to see that edge on your skinner. that would make a sweet tool for the upcoming season here.
i may give have you polish that one i just made up like that it oughta be silly sharp given its so thin.

Cool, Bring it up and we will do it. Im off Mon and Tue.

Here is my plan on this one guys, if it drops off the first page of the Exchange Im going to use it for a passaround. I really like this knife and think it would be a good all around design.

It's a nice looking blade, and the price is really right, but my funds are really, really tight.

I'd be very interested in a passaround, though - so I could compare a sole authorship knife with the collaboration blade. :D

That just might happen Vik! I wouldn't mind keeping this knife after the passaround, I really like it and I need an EDC.

You're welcome brother, looking forward to getting it. I sent you more pm's.
