A wide machete, made of VT/BT23 titanium alloy. It has a cross-section that's almost like a flat ellipse. Wide blades are a real pain to try to make from titanium alloys, especially when thin.

This is an all-business hacking/chopping/splitting blade, contrasted with some nice thick bison leather for the fancy sheath. Sheath made by Ms. @Oye.

25.75" oal, 15.7" edge section, about 8.5" of handle, weighing 19oz. Irregular thickness is under 1/8".

I'm not familiar with this slang, but chances are it does indeed chap.
Tried for the Billytran joke, but that was waaaay before your time and didn’t realize it.

Basically, he’d want it if it would “chap and cat ap a mankey”.

Take a good one!
