Widow trying to sell husband's knives--Need help with name & model of knife

My husband passed in 2020 and left me with a knife collection I need to sell. Unfortunately, I know nothing about knives and am having problems finding them online to know how much to sell them for. I think my main issue is that I don't know the proper name, model, etc. of each knife and that's why I can't find them online.

So...can I get some help with this BK&T knife? I don't have the box or documentation for it; all I have is the knife & its camo sheath. From what I've been able to find online I "think" it's a BK-7 Combat Utility Knife.

Can someone please tell me its proper name, model #, etc. is? Maybe someone can even provide a link to information about this particular knife that I can use to describe it when I try to sell it?

Here is the link to my photos: BK&T Knife pics

Thanks everyone.

I clicked the link you provided but there is only one pic there and it shows only the Becker Knife and Tool stamp. Are there more pics on the way?

By your desription and the picture I'd say it's a Camillus made BK7. A full picture of the knife would help in being able to identify it better.

But trying looking up the Camillus BK7

Yup, that's what it is.
Mildly collectible. Ka-Bar took over the Becker contract from Camillus some years ago, and then Camillus folded and became an offshore brand. Looks like it's in rather good condition. Our stickied "database" thread may help with history:

Good luck on your quest, and I'm sorry for your loss.

daizee daizee is right and I think it will be fairly desirable here on BF. It is a Becker BK-7 from Becker's time with Camillus. It appears to be new and unused. You should be able to find comparables on eBay so you'll know how to price it. If you end up getting a membership here, we can discuss value and you'll also be able to sell it on the exchange.

You'll want to have a look at some of the sale threads here on BF so you can get an idea of what sorts of pics folks are looking for. Both sides of knife and a fairly clear pic of the edge in order to demonstrate the knife's mint condition will be in order. I expect this knife will sell quickly.

I'm not seeing Any pictures. I'm glad you guys are, I was about to report this as spam? Haha. 😶

For myself, it's difficult to identify it as a 7 vs 10 from that partial picture...but, for the same reason, I won't question the call others have made. eBay prices on the Camillus BKs have gotten crazy; though that doesn't mean they sell for the BIN prices. Either way, at the right price, you won't have a problem selling it.

*Nevermind - I just looked closer at the closeup. Definitely a BK7

Thank you. It helps to know what kind of pics buyers like to see.

Very sorry for your loss. I'm sure this forum will be very helpful for you to identify your knives and guide you to selling them.
