Not sure what was going on...

I just turned around and she had the 18" Hanuman in her hands. the 2x4 I was using for the Photo Tutorial tipped over (probably in fear) and she caught it with her middle finger (also not a good sign). Then, to make matters worse, a wasp tried to get in the house and she started waving that thing around.

Needless to say, I hit the ground, shouting "I'll do whatever you say...I'll change...I'll be a better husband and father..." (cuz it's best to apologize first and ask questions later).

After the dust cleared, I checked around and all appendages were intact, so I got up. She was back in the house, and the Hanuman was back on the workbench.

Chairman, make that Chairwoman, of the Board collects knives; specifically 'whittlers.' She also likes to hunt. We were all in the garden in a field beside the house last spring when a salesman pulled up in the driveway. There is a strip of woods between house & garden. She never missed a beat. Should have seen the look on his face when she walked up the path to him still carrying her 15" military unsheathed, in her right hand. He left kinda hurriedly when she explained she wasn't in the mood to buy nothing, then started laughing when she told me "reckon what he would have said if he had seen one of the big ones?"
