Wife wants a "Q"Spydie-type cutout w/ a Butterfly

Does anyone know where I might be able to find one like this? For whatever reason, she started talking about wanting this Spydie "Q"-type knife, but with a butterfly as the cutout shape. Perhaps Benchmade makes something like this, but the local knife shop has a small stock, and the Benchmade website doesn't have many pictures in their online catalog.

I dont know if Spyderco does custimization (like Microtech and Buck do), but you may want to give them a call.
If you've got the money I'm sure you can have it custom made.
As far as finding one already like this, I've never come across a Q with a butterfly.
