Wife's kitchen knife, cotton candy handle

Here is a kitchen knife I just finished for my wife, a modified santoku/utility design I drew up in 1/8" ATS-34. HT by Peters to 59-60 RC, flat ground extra fine scotch brite belt finish with some nice chunky, comfortable "cotton candy" handle slabs made from pink G-10 and sythetic ivory.
