What could I do about this if anything , My sons is tighter rhan a drum. Any fix ?

Wiggle in 1985 Buck 110 blade

Sending it to Buck is probably your best option. Another option is to try and squeeze the pivot rivet in a vise, or put it on something hard and flat and hit it with a hammer. You will probably mar or dent the brass bolster doing that, you might void the warranty. So unless you can't live without it for a few weeks , send it in to Buck and let them fix it right.
