Since I have been making these Scandinavian style knives and sheaths I wanted to see if I could make a knife more similar to the style I normally make. This is what I came up with a 4" hand forged 1084 blade, wagon wheel fittings, and a wild cherry handle. 8 1/2" overall.

Now that's what I needed last week in Wyoming when I was skinning all those antelope :D


Looks like a great hunter Ray.
 
Not only does the knife look great, I love the way you've "rippled" the texture to the sheath! Must have been paying attention to Eric! :D

Cool knife Ray, would make a great EDC. Thats a neat innovative way you did the butt cap. :thumbup:
