are there any alternatives to Wilkins Grips? theyre very very nice dont get me wrong, but it seems like most of them are "currently not available" or in my opinion a little pricey

Honestly the best alternative is just to buy a Bone Collector. It's essentially the same knife as the 'hole opener' Griptilain with the green/black Wilkins Grip but a lot cheaper.

I think you can even swap in a blade from a different model (I forget the name) if you want a thumb stud instead.

To elaborate on what Elkins45 was saying, the Bone Collector to me seems to be a cross between a Griptilian and Presidio. You can swap the blades of a Presidio with the Bone Collector. if you look around on the forums you can see this frankenknife.

And I also forgot, Philip Dobson makes custom handles for a variety of knives, the Griptilian included.
