Not much of a review, more of initial thoughts.
I bought a Benchmade Mini Ritter Grip a week ago having never owned a Griptilian (believe it or not). Loved the blade profile but the tail end of the grip left even my small hands wanting just a touch more. After reading reviews and talking with Gary at Moore Cutlery for half an hour (great guy by the way) I ordered a set of the pale green mini Wilkins grips. I was VERY hesitant due to the pricing at $140/set, but went ahead with the purchase.
I'm certain this has been said before, but the Wilkins grips really do change the entire feel of the mini for the better. They slightly 'beef up' the handle ergos to what I would consider near perfection. The Wilkins grips give me a very secure full four finger hold whereas the orginal scales did not. They also make for what seems to be a much more solid feeling knife in hand. Weight has increased slightly to about 3.2 ounces total, but it does not feel overly heavy for the size.
I only took one picture with intentions of simply posting my new knife on the EDC thread, but decided a short review was in order. Overall, I'm very happy even though the price and availability is somewhat prohibitive. If anyone else has the Wilkins grips I'd love to see picture and hear your thoughts.
