Greetings, all. Does anyone have pics of the natural and matte(stonewashed) Wilkins scales? It's hard to see a lot of difference on his product page. Thanks.

The natural has the holes more polished, or raw I should say making it more shiny vs the stone wash where everything is one color.

The large is the natural. Few that I sold recently.

Still got the one at the bottom?

Nope, Wilkins s30v blade with the g11 scales... She was a beauty tho, but I never used it so I had to let it go. The only one that remains in the pic is the ti mini, love that knife. It's now has a ritter on it.

Well it doesn't help me one tiny bit Warren!!!!! Now I need one......bad!!!
Thanks a lot!!

The Ti scales do add weight the the blade. On the full size they make it feel and look like a very high quality knife, fit and feel somewhere between a Sebie and a XM-18. I would not want to carry it in shorts when it is 100 degs but I wouldn't carry a stock full size under those conditions, that is what the mini's are for. The Mini grip Wilkins add just enough size to be comfortable in the hand with four fingers. The Ti weight on the mini is not that noticeable, again it just feels and looks like a better knife. I have one set of G10 scales for the mini and I don't like them near as much as the Ti. The aluminum Wilkins are not too much lighter than the Ti and the problem is that they are easily scratched and then look like poop. That is my opinion. Let me know if you need anything else.
