Wilkinson knife

I know it's a bad picture but I can take better ones if needed. can you guys tell me anything about this knife? I checked out eBay and it would seem this brand did make knives for the British army or something but I believe this is just a regular fixed blade by them not a standard issue knife. I'm most curious about what type of cash I could get for this knife
