Will a kydex sheath work?

Kydex shouldn`t conform that well to the blade. Also most people cover the blade in tape to keep the sheath from being too tight and hard to remove also it help the blade from getting too scratched from dust and stuff on the blade.Look at some of the "how to" threads and also on youtube they are a goldmine. I think I would just tape a thin piece of rigid plastic or metal over the serrations while molding as you will probably have the blade covered in tape anyway.
 
Yep, it looks do-able like thebrain says. I'd just use extra tape over the serrations.
