I am considering purchasing a taco style kydex sheath for my Becker bk7 and was wondering if the tek lok will fit or do I need to spring for the pancake style sheath instead?

Will a large tek lok fit over both sides, as in attachment points at both sides? Probably not. The kydex sheath for my bk 11 doesn't but I'd say get the taco style. If you gonna be attaching to one side either way just pay more and get the taco. I wish I did lol

I've had Azwelke taco style sheaths, and yes, a TekLok matches up with the holes.
I've seen other reputable makers sheaths that use the same spacing.

Yeah, Azwelke was actually the guy I looked at to make the sheath. It's good to know it will fit. Thanks for the replies!

Fortunately, most custom sheath makers, as well as some OEM sheaths space those riveted holes so as to accommodate the TekLok and/or the Spyderco G-clip. The Becker BL11/14/24 sheath is one of those sheaths that will NOT accommodate either belt lock leaving you with buying their belt clip and going vertical only, or buying an aftermarket sheath.

Yep, just gotta have the holes spaced properly, got mine set up on my hunting pack. Sheath was made by Azwelke and its great!
