will an auto with a trainer blade ship to uk

Not English and no expert in English knife laws, but I can imagine it being illegal depending on how easy it is to change out the blade.
 
It is also a balisong, so has a very complicated mechanism and there are no live blades available so it would have to be custom.
Also, normal balisongs are legal as long as they are trainers. My guess was that it would come under a grey are in the law.

Thanks, it is not my design though, it is the artisan cutlery kinetic tool, specifically the whit mountain knives copper exclusive, only about 55 dollars.
