Will and Camillus are the best!!!

I know that this is not news to anyone here but I have to acknowledge Will and Camillus going above and beyond in Customer Service.

Some of you may remember that I posted a while back that I loaned my Talon to my dad for an Elk hunt.

Well he loved the knife and I have decided to give it to him for Christmas. The only problem was that I found out late last week that he had experienced sheath retention problems. I emailed Will and he was able to make arrangements for me to get a new Sheath in time for Christmas if I paid for Next Day Shipping. What can I say Will and Camillus went above and beyond to make a Christmas present happen.

Unfortunately UPS does not measure up to Camillus. They lost the Overnight Delivery package.

A POX on UPS they didn't get the package to my house until 2 days after Christmas. I have to ship the new sheath to my dad.
