Will Benchmade refurbish a knife I bought used?

Buying a used auto BM and was wondering if I could send it in for a thorough cleaning and perhaps replace some worn-out parts. Would they do this?

I was just in the Benchmade office yesterday, mentioned I purchased a used knife, they told me to bring it in, they would go over the knife for me. Really helpful, I was pretty impressed with the customer service. Got to see the production floor. I would say contact customer service.

Used is fine but make sure thay they will ship an auto back to you directly. Call or email them.

This is true. Depending on where you live and the laws in your state, if you aren’t Military, or Emergency Personnel Benchmade won’t send an auto back out to you. Email/call to be sure.
