Will brass pins last?

I' m a dealer in Alaska and have had several cleints ask about different styles of balisongs. They aren't interested in the cheap China knives. I've found several nice looking designs from other countries but most have brass pins and I'm concerned about durability. Some savvy feedback on these knives would be appreciated. http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumIndex?u=306482&a=11642158

If you're talking about the two piece brass pins, I think everyone in here will agree with me when I say "they're junk".

They usually separate (or break) in the first few flips.

There's nothing more disappointing to a Balisong owner than having your new toy fall apart within minutes.

If you can find a better PIN set-up for those designs you found, you'll do pretty well.
