Will Busse ever re-introduce the straight handles?

Just curious if Busse has plans to make the straight handled knives agian, or are the a thing of the past?

Nope.........never.............at least not as they once were. For straight handle offerings, at present, you have the Satin Jack....and that is all. Apparently it would have too much of an impact on the current "collectibilty" of the earlier blades. I have 2 SH Busses....and I wouldn't complain if they brought them back....oh well.

Slag, I'm with you. I was told my straight SHII is worth twice what I paid, because it has been discontinued. This just makes it more upsetting to me when I scuff the finish while using the knife. I am primarily a "user," not a "collector." However, I do understand Jerry's support of collectors.

Actually, I ordered the Zero Tolerance 3-knife set, and am thinking I may wait for the value to increase, then sell/trade in a manner that eventually gets me a "free" current issue combat grade Busse knife -- so I guess I am becoming a collector...
