Will Emerson redo the edges of the liners on my knife??.

Just curious, I received a emerson knife, which has a couple of burnt marks on the liners, and numerous grind marks on the liners. For a $200.00 dollar knife, they shouldnt have that. Does anyone know if I send that in will they smooth the liners so they dont have any marks on them?, also would they beable to upgrade the washers to Phospher Bronze?, you would think that a knife that price would have them.

Emerson, IMO, has the best customer service in the industry. If you let them know you are unhappy, Ernest will make it right, I am sure
