Will Ka-Bar parts fit on the Camillus military/Ka-Bar style knife

I have a Camillus Ka-Bar type knife. It was rescued from an old junked truck and rusted pretty bad. The original owner believes it was purchased around 2006-2007. I am starting to rework it as best as it will recover from the damage.

Just about all of my fixed blade knives, up till now, have been for processing our small game, deer, wild hogs and for cleaning fish. My EDC carry knives have been Stockman styles for 50 years.

I am fired-up over this military style knife. Will the Cutco parts (guard, leather and pommel) for the Ka-Bar fit on this Camillus?
