Will pictures ever show up in threads again???

Or is this clicking on the link to see every damm picture here to stay??
 
Pictures are still with us :) ... as always
 
i dont get it..i try to post a pic but no show:( all i get is file to big..but i know its not... maybe if i get one of my teenaged daughters to try, im sure they could figure it out;) :)
 
It is simple. You upload your pics into a free web space (general hosting space, NOT pics hosting space). Like the 50Mb ones you can get for free at Lycos. Then you click on the "IMG" button which is found just over the "Use this contols to insert vBcode" , write the link to the pic there and make the post.
This way you can post pics that don't eat up space and bandwidth on Bladeforums.

I think Keith (Nosamk) was refering to the fact that you can no longer attach a pic and have it show up...

I can host anything from my personal webpage and am fully competent with the
 
I think the links suck. My browser forces me to download them if I want to view them instead of opening them in a window.
 
Download?? Ugghhh. What a pain in the arse. :mad: Forgetaboutit.

I simply don't like the need to open and close a new window every time I want to view an attached pic. Isn't there a way that it would STAY in the same browser and then simply 'back up' for the post again?

(BTW-- I use one of those programmable mouses, and my scroll button will return me 'Back' when I press it. VERY time saving for web usage.)
