Will Replacment Line effect custom shop?

Will the E-handles being discontinued apply to the Flying Mojo? and other customs.I Was looking to have a custom done with an E-handle but I don't know if the project will get approved before the 15th. I would also would hate to miss out on the last chance for a flying mojo.
