Will Spyderco reprofile my knife?

I'm sorry that I've asked this before, but I have gotten no definate respones. My question is, will Spyderco reprofile my Perrin, which came with a quite thick edge grind, to a 30 angle? Or something below 40 degrees in any case? If anyone has experience with this please tell me. Thanks again.

Warantee and Repair can resharpen your knife for a modest charge, maybe $10.

They can sharpen it to a lower angle? It won't do me any good if I can't sharpen it myself on the sharpmaker.

I sent in a wegner and asked that it be reprofiled to 30 degrees but got it back sharpened at the same angle.

Oh well. I've already started reprofiling on my DMT Diamond Vee. I tried sandpaper, but it scratched horribly. I've still got a few hours of work before me on this side alone.
