will spyderco send me a screw?

Hey guys. I just realized that one of the screws on my para 2 is missing. I sent an email to Spyderco asking for a replacement. Will they send me a replacement screw or will I have to send the knife in?

They sent me a couple for some clip screws I stripped (my own fault, and they still sent me some), and from the other accounts I've heard, they usually do.

They are very reasonable and accommodating if you just talk to them, but you do have to sometimes bear with them, since they are overloaded at some times so it delays them answering emails.

So the answer is, I would bet that they will. They are very nice people, and want the customer to be satisfied.

My neighbor has a Millie that is missing a screw - I was just wondering this same thing.

That's what I thought. I am sure it wont be a problem. I just wanted to make sure. My para 2 is my favorite EDC and I sure dont want to be without it while it takes a trip to Colorado.
