will the 117 return?

Just wondering if anyone knows whether the 117 will return this year.

I filled out the 'contact us' message submission thing on the copper and clad website at least a month ago to ask if they knew whether it would be available again this year but never heard back.
 
ya never know, but I seem to remember it was a c&c only run(s) and Bucks seems to have cut off that special run stuff for awhile for some of the dealers.
 
I like that knife.I've stated that the 117 is the best new design in years.

There is one way to improve it though. Make the blade the same thickness as the current 119's.

That would make it a far more stout knife.

Unless it’s a LE or Botm, I don’t know if it will be back. Better off to look online to purchase one instead of not buying one because Buck dropped it.

well poop. guess I missed the bus on that one. I probably don't want one enough to pay ebay prices though.

I appear to have lost my aluminum bolster 110 in one of my recent moves. Having trouble finding a replacement too.
